It’s always exciting when city councillors encourage cities like Brampton to grow. Part of this includes the welcoming of new communities, which has always been a point of pride in Brampton, as they continue to evolve into one of Canada’s premier cities.
A strong sense of community is essential when building a great city, and the future families of ORIGINS have much to look forward too. Brampton is home to many great, family friendly amenities, to help you lay down roots. Family recreation is easy to find at the nearby Cassie Campbell Community Centre, named for 3-time Olympian, former captain of the Canadian Women’s Hockey team & one of the most popular female athletes to represent Canada.
In addition to excellent recreation services available, families can enjoy the Mount Pleasant Village Market, held Thursday evenings from August to the end of October, offering fresh food and a chance to meet your neighbours from around the community.
We are pleased that both the City and Regional Councillors of Wards 2 and 6, Doug Whillans and Michael Palleschi, took the time to express their excitement that Origins is coming to Brampton!
“We look forward to welcoming the families of Origins who will be calling Brampton home.”
– Councillor Whillans and Regional Councillor Palleschi
